Florida Keys Fresh Produce
It used to be tough to find fresh produce in The Keys. Not anymore! Our food is produced “Clean and Green” creating the smallest possible ecological footprint. We grow approximately 1,000 plants and over 10,000 seedlings at our farm. Growing these crops in the ground would use between a third and half an acre and ten times more water!
Locally Grown Florida Keys Fresh Produce
We grow a variety of lettuces, herbs and greens, and from time to time we have other vegetables like cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes too. Our Florida Keys fresh produce is available to purchase directly from our farm. We pick it as you wait!
We use a water-based growing system (Hydroponic) that creates its own highly oxygenated environment (Aeroponic) for the plant roots. Our plants are grown vertically, using the latest “Tower Garden” technology and a proprietary Mineral Blend plant food. Our wide range of ionic earth-based minerals and plant nutrients allow us to grow strong, healthy, nutrient-dense produce essential to vibrant human health.
