If I’m honest, I knew this all along, and so did every other Tower Garden owner I have ever met. But now it has been proven by a study completed at the University of Mississippi. They found that on average plants grown in a Tower Garden had 30% higher yield, some as high as 65%! They also contained comparable, if not higher, levels of antioxidants.
So not only does your produce grow in less space, with less maintenance, with less water and in less time. It is also just as nutrient dense, if not more so than conventionally grown produce.
