Green Starbor Kale is a vigorous, high-yielding curly kale variety with attractive blue-green, deeply curled leaves. Plants can grow 2–3 feet tall and offer excellent cold hardiness.
Starbor produces repeated harvests throughout the growing season. Harvest the lower outer leaves as needed and allow the center of the plant to continue producing new growth. Baby leaves can be harvested in as little as 25 days.
