Emerge Gardens: Growing the Future, One Tower at a Time
What happens when generations of farmers, a passion for healthy living, and a love for innovation come together? You get Emerge Gardens—a thriving, sustainable farm in Punta Gorda, Florida, that’s redefining the way we grow food using Vertical Aeroponic Tower Gardens.

The masterminds behind this green revolution? Meet Jeremy and Michelle Gwaltney, a dynamic duo with deep farming roots and a drive to make a difference. Their journey has taken them across the globe, from the fields of Georgia and Virginia to the bustling city of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. But their hearts were always drawn back to the land. When life nudged them to reevaluate their priorities, they set out on a mission to create something extraordinary—a farm that not only grows nutrient-dense food but also cultivates community, education, and a healthier future for all.

From Riyadh to Punta Gorda: A Journey to Health & Sustainability
After six years in Riyadh, the Gwaltneys made the bold decision to return to the U.S. with a renewed focus on health, sustainability, and quality of life. Tragedy often brings clarity, and after losing loved ones, they knew it was time to embrace a lifestyle that aligned with their values. Their first stop was Georgia, where they had spent many years. But then, fate (and perhaps a bit of Florida sunshine) intervened.
“Stop in Punta Gorda,” Jeremy said. And so, they did. What they found was a paradise of kayaking, biking, and an overall slower pace of life that called to them. It wasn’t long before they knew they had found their forever home. Not only did they want to plant roots in Punta Gorda—they wanted to help everyone grow, quite literally.
Why Tower Gardens?
At Emerge Gardens, they’re not just growing food—they’re growing the future. Using Vertical Aeroponic Tower Gardens, they grow fresh, nutrient-packed produce without soil, chemical pesticides, or harmful fertilizers. The result? Cleaner, healthier food grown sustainably and harvested at peak freshness.

This method of farming uses 90% less water and 90% less space than traditional farming. It’s the future of food production, and the Gwaltneys are on a mission to bring it to homes, schools, and communities around the world.
