🌱 Refund & Guarantee Policy

At Living Towers Florida Keys, we take great care to grow and ship strong, healthy seedlings. Because we sell live plants, our policy is different from most traditional retailers. Please read below for full details.


📦 Shipping & Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our farm, delivery is handled by a third-party carrier such as UPS or FedEx. While most orders arrive in excellent condition, delays or rough handling can occasionally occur.

To ensure we can assist you quickly, please inspect your seedlings immediately upon delivery and contact us within the guarantee window if there are any problems.


🌿 48-Hour Guarantee

We guarantee our seedlings for 48 hours after delivery. If your seedlings arrive damaged, unhealthy, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please:

1. Email sales@livingtowers.com within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Include your order number and clear photos of the affected seedlings.


3. Wait for our team to review and advise you before discarding any plants.

 

What We’ll Do

If 1–3 seedlings are affected, we will issue a credit or refund for those items.

If 4 or more seedlings are affected, we will reship replacements at no cost.

 

🐛 Pest Issues

If your order shows signs of pests or infestation, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Pest-related concerns are always covered by our guarantee.


📬 Missing or Misdelivered Orders

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, first check around your property and with neighbors. Occasionally carriers scan packages early.

If your package appears to be misdelivered, contact us within 7 days so we can open a trace with the carrier. If we are not notified within that timeframe, we cannot reship or refund the order.

 

🛑 Returns

Because seedlings are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please follow the steps above and we will review it promptly.


❄️ Weather & Address Accuracy

We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather (below 32°F or above 110°F) to ensure safe arrival. If you choose to ship during unsafe conditions, you must acknowledge that seedlings are sent without guarantee.

Please carefully check your shipping address when placing an order. Incorrect addresses may result in delivery issues we cannot guarantee. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your address. If it has shipped, an $18 carrier address correction fee may apply.

 

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

 

Delivery Refusal

If a delivery is refused we are unable to provide a refund or reship replacements.  If you added Route Protection to your order you may file a claim with them, but you need to provide photos when doing so.
