Shipping policy

🚚 Shipping

Seedlings can be shipped to the lower 48 states only. Orders placed for delivery outside of this area will be canceled and refunded. We ship via UPS or FedEx. Shipping methods of 2 days or less will be shown at checkout. The ship day and expected delivery date will also be displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only for all services except Next Day Air. Next Day Air is the only guaranteed service.


💲 How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the number of seedlings and the weight/volume of items ordered. Because seedlings are perishable, we only offer services with transit times of 2 days or less to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to grow.

Below are the number of seedlings that fit in each box (seedlings only—adding other products may require a larger box and increase shipping costs slightly).

FedEx

  • 1–8
  • 9–12
  • 13–26
  • 27–40
  • 41–72

UPS

  • 1–16
  • 17–24
  • 25–48
  • 49–72

⏰ Order/Shipping Cutoff Times

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays only.

  • Orders must be placed before 5pm Eastern the day prior (Sunday for Monday shipments, Tuesday for Wednesday shipments).
  • If you miss the cutoff, you may have the option to expedite your order for $10, which will be shown at checkout if available.
  • Orders placed after cutoff will ship the following shipping day, unless an expedited option is selected.

The ship day is always shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.


🌱 Our 48-Hour Guarantee

We guarantee our seedlings for 48 hours after delivery.

If your seedlings arrive damaged, unhealthy, or with pests:

  1. Contact us at sales@livingtowers.com within 48 hours of delivery. DO NOT refuse the package. We are unable to file a claim or replace seedlings if they are returned to us.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the affected seedlings.
  3. Do not discard any seedlings until advised.

Resolution:

  • If 1–3 seedlings are damaged, we will issue a refund or credit.
  • If 4 or more are damaged, we will reship replacements at no cost.
  • Pest issues are always covered if reported within 48 hours.

🏠 Addressing Issues

Living Towers Florida Keys is not responsible for damages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Seedling orders returned due to incorrect addresses must be reordered at the buyer’s expense.
  • Accessories/supplies will be resent once the buyer provides the correct address and pays shipping.
  • No refunds will be given for missing or returned packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your order has already shipped but the address is incorrect, you may be able to redirect it with the carrier for an additional fee (currently $20). Please contact us immediately if you need an address correction.


❄️ Extreme Weather Policy

We reserve the right to hold shipments during extreme weather.

If temperatures on the delivery day are forecast to be below 32°F or above 110°F, we cannot guarantee healthy arrival. We will notify you if your order is being held.

If you choose to have your seedlings shipped during these conditions, you must acknowledge that they are sent without guarantee.
