    Description

Cilantro is a versatile herb grown for both its fresh leaves and flavorful seeds. The bright green leaves of Coriandrum sativum are harvested young and used fresh in salsas, salads, soups, and many international dishes. When used in this fresh form, the herb is known as cilantro.

If the plants are allowed to mature and produce seeds later in the season, those seeds are harvested and used as the spice known as coriander. Coriander seeds add warm, citrusy flavor to meats, pickles, sauces, and spice blends.

This high-yielding variety produces glossy green leaves with uniform growth and has improved resistance to bolting, allowing for a longer harvest window. Leaves are typically ready to harvest when plants reach 7–8 inches tall, about 35–40 days after sowing. Cilantro is a staple herb used in cuisines around the world. 🌿

    Planting Instructions

Coriander is very easy to grow. Plant after danger of frost has passed.
