Greens - Arugula Seeds

Arugula is a fast-growing leafy green known for its bold, peppery flavor and long history in European cuisine. Also called rocket or roquette, this versatile salad green has been enjoyed for centuries and is especially popular in Italian cooking.

The tender leaves add a fresh, spicy bite to salads, sandwiches, pizzas, soups, and sauces. All parts of the plant are edible, and arugula is commonly grown as a “cut-and-come-again” crop, allowing for repeated harvests over an extended period.

Ready to harvest in as little as 30–40 days, arugula grows quickly and thrives in cool-season gardens, containers, hydroponic systems, and Tower Gardens. Its unique flavor pairs beautifully with herbs like garlic and sorrel for fresh, flavorful dishes. 🌿

Each packet contains 1 gram which is approximately 300 seeds.

Thrives in cool spring and fall weather (50° F to 60° F). but can handle temperatures up to around 80° F. Can withstand occasional exposure to light frost but if very cold weather is coming, protect your plants with a frost cover.

Plant 6-10 seeds per rockwool cube.
