    Capture cabbage is a vigorous variety that produces 3–6 lb. heads depending on planting density. Heads are round when grown in the South but may be flatter and round when grown in northern climates. It has good flavor for fresh eating and coleslaw, with high resistance to Fusarium yellows and intermediate resistance to black rot.

    Cabbage prefers cooler growing temperatures between 55–75°F (13–24°C), with an optimum range of 60–70°F (16–21°C), but Capture can also produce good crops under warmer summer conditions.
