    Black Summer Pac Choi is a compact, slow-bolting Asian green with dark green leaves and broad, crisp light green stems. Harvest at full size around 10–12 inches tall or pick earlier for tender mini heads.

    This live pac choi seedling arrives growing in rockwool and is ready to transplant into Tower Garden and other hydroponic systems, Lettuce Grow, containers, raised beds, or garden soil.

    Black Summer is a great choice for stir-fries, soups, steaming, sautéing, and fresh Asian-inspired dishes.
