    Red Pac Choi is a colorful Asian green with oval-shaped, dark red leaves and a mild flavor. It is best harvested young as a tender baby green rather than grown to full size.

    This live pac choi seedling arrives growing in rockwool and is ready to transplant into Tower Garden and other hydroponic systems, Lettuce Grow, containers, raised beds, or garden soil.

    Harvest the young leaves for salads, stir-fries, soups, and other fresh or lightly cooked dishes.
