    Description

Rainbow Swiss chard is a colorful heirloom variety known for its vibrant stalks in shades of red, pink, yellow, orange, and white. The bright stems contrast beautifully with the dark green leaves, making this variety both ornamental and delicious in the garden.

The tender leaves and crunchy stems are excellent for sautéing, steaming, soups, and fresh cooking, adding both flavor and color to meals. This variety is productive and easy to grow, providing a steady harvest of nutritious greens throughout the season.

Also known as Five Color Silverbeet, this Australian heirloom was once nearly lost but was later rediscovered and reintroduced, preserving this beautiful and flavorful garden favorite. 🌱
