    Tatsoi is a tender Asian green also known as spinach mustard, spoon mustard, or rosette bok choy. It forms attractive rosettes of glossy, spoon-shaped dark green leaves with crisp, pale stems and a mild mustard flavor.

    This live Tatsoi seedling arrives growing in rockwool and ready to transplant into a Tower Garden, Lettuce Grow or other hydroponic growing system. It can also be grown in containers, raised beds, or garden soil.

    Tatsoi can be enjoyed fresh in salads, used like spinach, sautéed, or added to stir-fries. In cooler conditions the plant tends to stay compact and form a flatter rosette, while warmer weather encourages more upright growth. It is also exceptionally cold hardy and can tolerate temperatures down to about 15°F.
