    Watercress is a fast-growing leafy green with tender leaves and a fresh, slightly peppery flavor. A classic choice for salads and sandwiches, it can also be added to soups, wraps and other fresh dishes.

    This live Watercress seedling arrives growing in rockwool and ready to transplant into a Tower Garden, Lettuce Grow or other hydroponic growing system. It can also be transplanted into containers, raised beds or directly into garden soil.

    Watercress thrives with plenty of moisture and is an excellent choice for hydroponic growing, where its roots have regular access to water and nutrients. Harvest the tender leaves and stems as needed for a continuous supply of fresh greens.
