Herbs - Chives, Garlic

Garlic Chives are a flavorful, easy-to-grow herb with slender green leaves and a mild garlic flavor. Their upright growth makes them easy to harvest, and fresh leaves are delicious chopped into stir-fries, soups, eggs, salads, sauces and other savory dishes.

Unlike traditional chives, garlic chives have flat, grass-like leaves and a subtle garlic taste. Harvest leaves as needed and allow the plant to continue producing fresh growth for repeated harvests.

Our garlic chive seedlings arrive growing in rockwool and are ready to transplant into a Tower Garden, Lettuce Grow or other hydroponic system. They can also be transplanted into containers, raised beds or directly into soil.
