Herbs - Cilantro, Santo

Santo Cilantro is a slow-bolting variety with the fresh, distinctive flavor that makes cilantro a favorite for salsa, tacos, curries, salads, sauces and garnishes. Both the leaves and flowers are edible, and the leaves are best added fresh or near the end of cooking to preserve their flavor.

Santo is bred for slower bolting, giving you a longer window for harvesting fresh cilantro leaves. Harvest outer leaves as needed while allowing the center of the plant to continue producing new growth.

Our cilantro seedlings arrive growing in rockwool and are ready to transplant into a Tower Garden, Lettuce Grow or other hydroponic system. They can also be transplanted into containers, raised beds or directly into soil.
