Lettuce - Romaine, Bluerock

Bluerock Romaine Lettuce is a slow-bolting romaine variety with tall, upright heads and attractive dark green, slightly savoyed leaves. The heads fill out well while remaining partially open at maturity, with a low core and crisp leaves.

An improved variety over Coastal Star in bolt tolerance, disease resistance, weight and color, Bluerock is an excellent choice for hydroponic and Tower Garden growing. It has strong resistance to several races of downy mildew as well as Nasonovia ribisnigri aphid and tomato bushy stunt virus.
