    Highly adaptable, large-fruited poblano pepper.

    Baron has proven to produce better than other poblanos under challenging and favorable conditions. The fruits are very large, avg. 5" x 3", and are typically two-lobed which makes them easy to stuff and cook in their signature dish, chile rellenos. Intermediate resistance to bacterial leaf spot races 1-3.
