Equinox Spinach is an improved Bloomsdale-type spinach with upright growth and fully savoyed leaves on long stems. It performs especially well in spring and fall and can be harvested young for tender baby spinach or allowed to mature to full size.

This live spinach seedling arrives growing in rockwool and is ready to transplant into Tower Garden, Lettuce Grow and other hydroponic systems, containers, raised beds, or garden soil.

Use the tender leaves fresh in salads, smoothies and sandwiches, or enjoy them lightly cooked in your favorite recipes.
